5 Star Personal Training Plan

To make sure we get you to where you want to be we have enlisted our 5 Star Personal Training Plan – all to guarantee you reach your goals!

1. Assessment
a) thorough assessment of your goals & any previous exercise history.
b) Testing that tells us about your posture, your balance, your flexibility and control.
c) Assessments of fluid intake and nutritional status.
d) Your current sleep habits, stress patterns and any medical background information.

 We also find out what makes you tick – what really doesn’t and everything in between! Therefore ensuring your programme fits with you and is one that you will enjoy from the food to the exercise!

2. Program Design:  We will create an individual exercise and activity programme that caters for your unique body type and health and fitness goals. You will be provided with a complete step-by-step programme that tells you exactly WHAT to do, HOW to do it and HOW MUCH you should do. In addition, you’ll receive guidance notes on each exercise with a full photographic or illustrative demonstration to make the exercises and stretches easy to understand and remember.

 This will include exercises and activities that will help you reach your goal outside of training with us; including fun activities that can be done with friends or family. Losing weight or getting fitter, stronger and healthier need to be realistic and fit in with your lifestyle! No plan will ever work that takes over your life – as your mother would say, everything in moderation! With knowledge and information that we will provide you with you will leave feeling well equipped and ready to tackle your journey with a new found sense of confidence and self belief!

 

 3.       Your individual Tailored Nutrition Plan – JUST FOR YOU!  We’ll take the guesswork out of nutrition and create a clear, easy to understand nutritional plan that will tell you what to eat, when to eat it and what you should definitely be avoiding.

We’ll tell you the exact ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates for your metabolism and ensure that you have plenty of options to choose from by giving you menus and food lists that will keep you feeling energised whilst dropping pounds from your body. You won’t even have to count calories! We will also provide you with information for take-away choices, cinema and eating out! You cannot go wrong! Take the guess work out of it this time around and reach those targets!

 4.  Unlimited access to your trainer:    We  believe that personal training should be just that, PERSONAL . Once you enroll in our programme you will have unlimited access to your trainer via email if there’s something you just have to have an answer for right now! From ‘Can I really not have that cheeseburger??!!’… To ‘what was that exercise again!?’… No question is too big or small!… We are fully committed to you and your future success!!

We also guarantee that you’ll never have to wait longer than 24 hours for an answer to your email question, you’ll have a dedicated ‘stand in’ trainer of equal experience to look after your needs.

 5. Constant Monitoring & tracking of your Progress!

We know that it is sometimes easy to slip back into old habits which is why we will constantly keep updating your programme and your food plans to keep you interested and motivated in the long run! We will also keep track of your progress with regular assessments throughout your training to ensure you are on track to reach your targets and to make sure that the programme is working for you!
