ü  Rosemary– 3 drops – Pain relief for sports, exercise relate injuries, antispasmodic

ü  Marjoram – 2 drops – eases aches and pains after sport, calms and soothes the emotions during stress,

ü  Chamomile – 2 drops -  soothes inflammation, aches and pains, reduces tensions and anxiety.

 Fatigue & Promote General Wellbing:

ü  Basil– 3 drops – Uplifting, helps to focus the mind, lifts ones spirit, fatique.

ü  Geranium– 2 drops – lifts the spirit and, emotionally uplifting and stimulates circulation, fatigue.

 Detox

ü  Fennel– 3 drops – Detoxifies the body, gives sense of strength and courage.

ü  Juniper  – 3 drops – Detoxifies clearing out the body of excesses and toxins, clears and stimulates the mind.

 Muscular Aches & Relaxation

ü  Bergamot – 2 drops – Stress, anti inflammatory, uplifting

ü  Lavender – 2 drops – Analgesic, anti inflammatry, soothes aching muscles

ü  Jasmin – 2 drops -  Relaxing, sedative, tonic, uplifting
