We are launching on the 25th June – All new Personal Training Studio & Group Fitness Classes!
So come down and join us for FREE classes all week long and even book in for a free One-2-One Personal Training session where our Personal Trainer will put you through your paces and show you what you can achieve!
One-to-One Personal Training Sessions need to be booked….here are the times available…Call 01-2761840 to Book your Free Session during the week of 25th June! Mon – 9-3, Thursday 2.30 -9, Friday 6am-9pm, Saturday – 9am-6pm
Classes No need to book! – Just turn up! See below for Schedule!

All classes are from 45 mins unless otherwise stated – Ab Blasts are 20mins in duration! Why not take a walk on the promenade and then drop by for some Abs to finish off that workout? ![]()
