I have been playing Capoeira since the age of seven. It is not just my hobby, it is my way of being, my life. Capoeira gave me many great opportunities to see the world, help people, meet new friends, travel and spread the passion for this Art Form.

My goal is to be independent in my work with Capoeira and to work full time as a Capoeira Instructor with children and adults in order to see the progression of the Art Form with its positive effect on the community and multicultural society in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Since 2011 I have been also giving Zumba classes which is a great way to keep good energy and exercise. I am really enjoying this new experience.
