‘Following a number of years of what I considered to be successful Personal Training, I have discovered the 21st Zentury Team on Bray Seafront. I started with a 30 day ‘Bootcamp’ and have progressed to regular one to one personal training, 3times per week for 30 minutes per session. In doing so I have discovered a lot more benefits to this approach to training which is, flexible, sensible and simple and therefore lends itself well to my busy working schedule. This is ‘advanced’ personal training at its best, producing what I consider to be ‘advanced’ results and it is overall a key enabler to my wellbeing. Mark Seery provides challenging and varied workouts combining innovative training methods, Pilates and nutrition advice. All this in a stunning beachfront setting incorporating the very supportive and holistic nurturing environment of the 21st Zentury spa, run by Pamela McCormack, who provides top class therapies to complement and support the training process.’ Y Clancy, Bray.
