Superfood Breakfast
Maria’s Superfood Breakfast
Per Person
Small cup of jumbo organic oats
3 small cups of water or milk
Quarter teaspoon manuka honey 20+
Half an organic banana chopped up small
Cook for 5 mins
Add a handful of blueberries from the freezer
DON’T STIR!
Leave to rest a minute
Toast mixed seeds – sesame, pumpkin, linseed, sunflower – all cheap and full of omega oil, (grind them up and keep in a kilner for freshness). Sprinkle a teaspoon or two on your yummy mush.
Add your favourite yoghurt or a tablespoon of crunchy granola.
