These three innovative classes each offer a different challenge and are guaranteed to make you fitter, leaner and stronger. Group classes provide an excellent opportunity to bring along friends and family and achieve your goals together in a collection of focussed and challenging classes in the unique atmosphere offered by 21^st Zentury Health. The classes on offer are:

Box-AeroBar

 Box-AeroBar is a new class here at 21^st Zentury Health. It combines the fun of boxercise with all the benefits of an AeroBar class. 30 minutes of non-stop boxercise class followed by 30 minute aerobic barbell provides the ideal mixture of cardio and strength training. Fitness and conditioning at its most effective. Guaranteed to burn as many calories as possible both during the class and for hours after you have finished.

Bootcamp

 The phenomenon that swept through parks around the country. What better way to start your weekend then by joining in an intense outdoor hour-long exercise class. Combining as many different elements of exercise as you can imagine, including cardio, resistance training, kettlebells, boxing along with a few mystery exercises and games thrown in. Inventive and always different, you’ll never know what to expect-except that it won’t be easy!!

Circuit Training

 Group exercise at its most traditional. Combining cardio and strength training using a variety of equipment and body weight exercise to provide a challenge for any participant. Innovative and not like any circuit class you’ve taken part in before it offers a unique challenge to any participant.
