21st ZENtury Health, Fitness & Wellbeing Centre is a 2,500 sq ft facility with floor to ceiling glass frontage. Located on Bray Esplanade with spectacular views of Bray Head and Dublin Bay, which brings together Personal Training, Wellbeing Classes and Holistic Therapies under one roof.
The Esplanade runs from Bray Harbour to Bray Head for 1 km. Bray is a popular seaside resort situated 18km south from Dublin City Centre. It has a population of 32,000 making it the third largest town in Ireland and is an ideal place to visit or stay because of its proximity to both Dublin and the garden of Ireland, Wicklow. A quick car journey down the N11 from the City Centre brings you here within 25 minutes.
Bray dart station is a 2 minute walk from 21st ZENtury Health Centre and is served by both the dart & commuter trains running from Rosslare to Drogheda. The dart station is also served by a number of buses 45, 45a, 84, 145, 184, making it an ideal location for Weekend Workshops and Seminars, Personal Trainers are also welcome.
